Welcome to ENG SPORTS EVENTS. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and services. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Academy Membership & Subscriptions

Membership Access: By purchasing a membership plan, you gain access to physical academy services, including training sessions, ground bookings, and participation in our grassroots leagues.

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew at the end of each cycle (monthly/yearly) to ensure continuous participation in academy events.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time via the account settings in the App. Access to academy benefits continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Refunds: Fees are committed to facility rentals and event logistics; therefore, payments are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law.

2. Payments & Security

All financial transactions are processed securely through our third-party provider, Stripe. ENG SPORTS EVENTS does not store your credit card or bank details on its servers. You agree to provide accurate billing information for your membership.

3. ENG Coins & Loyalty Program

The App provides a loyalty system based on on-pitch performance (e.g., goals scored, match attendance).

  • Physical Rewards Only: ENG Coins are reward credits and have no monetary value. They can only be redeemed for physical goods (such as refreshments, coffee, or sports gear) at our designated partner academy locations.
  • Non-Transferable: Coins are tied to your unique profile and cannot be sold or transferred to other users.

4. User Roles & Conduct

Users must register under their appropriate real-world role:

  • Players: Responsible for maintaining accurate performance data.
  • Managers: Responsible for fair squad selection and team management.
  • Referees: Must provide honest and objective match reporting.

Misuse of the platform or fraudulent reporting may lead to immediate membership suspension.


5. Data Usage

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect performance metrics and verification documents solely to facilitate official league operations and improve your academy experience.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK.
