We collect personal data that you provide directly to us for account management and role-specific features.

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Role Data: Performance metrics for Players (goals, assists), team management data for Managers, and officiating reports for Referees.
  • Verification Documents: Identification documents and certifications uploaded for role approval.
  • Automatically Collected Data: Device model, unique identifiers (FCM tokens for notifications), and diagnostic logs.

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments for academy memberships and subscriptions.

  • No Local Storage: We do not store or process your full credit/debit card numbers on our servers. Transactions are handled securely via Stripe WebView.
  • Data Shared: Stripe collects billing and transaction metadata to prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations.

4. ENG Coins & Physical Rewards

The App features a loyalty program (ENG Coins). Data regarding your pitch performance (e.g., goals scored) is processed to award coins. These coins are redeemable only for physical rewards (e.g., refreshments or gear) at partner academy locations and are not digital assets.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the App ecosystem.
  • Manage registrations, subscriptions, and verify user roles.
  • Send real-time notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  • Process reward redemptions and track order history.
  • Ensure system security and prevent fraudulent activity.

As a UK resident, you have the following rights:

  • Access & Rectification: Request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.
To exercise these rights, please use the "Delete Account" feature in the App or contact us directly.


7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. We prioritize the protection of youth athletes and comply with all applicable safeguarding standards.
